Working with leadership teams, as a facilitator and guide, I help them to form, grow, develop and flourish as they lead in ‘interesting’ times.

With some of my clients I help with the selection of new team members, advising on the capabilities and competencies required in particular roles, and my sensitive use of psychometric profiling is often an essential component in the successful ‘on-boarding’ and effective integration of people joining an established team… and can help to ensure a good ‘cultural fit’.

I also work with newly-formed teams, helping them to find healthy and productive ways of working together, as well as with established teams facing specific issues or challenges (e.g. market changes, structural re-organisation, integration of acquisitions etc).
