Designing, delivering, facilitating and leading programmes and learning events for ‘high performers’ and high potentials’ (not that the two terms are mutually exclusive!) I help organisations develop their talent.
For some clients I have designed and delivered short (one- or two-day) and very practical skills development events (around such topics as Leading with Impact, Leading in times of change and Working collaboratively) to address specific organisational needs.
With other clients I have designed and led longer, modular, programmes for specific ‘cohorts’ of participants, often using peer group learning techniques and action learning sets. This has also involved me in the design and organisation of selection processes and assessment centres – another area which utilises my extensive experience of competency definition and the sensitive use of psychometric profiling.
I also design and facilitate ‘executive retreats’ – another manifestation of my Space to Breathe concept – where small groups of leaders can experience and benefit from a period of time away from the world of work, at a less frenetic pace, and in a beautiful place, in order to reflect upon their leadership, and to re-connect with, and re-focus upon, the purpose of their work.
