I have three main areas of work
Working with individual leaders, as a coach, mentor, adviser and guide, I help them through ‘transitions’ (e.g. new roles, changing circumstances) and on an ongoing basis, with thoughtful support and challenge
Working with senior leadership teams, I help them form, grow, develop and flourish as they lead in ‘interesting times.
Designing, delivering, facilitating and leading programmes and learning events for ‘high performers’ and ‘high potentials’ (… not that the two terms are mutually exclusive) I help organisations develop their talent.
