Mike and his colleagues worked intensively with the senior leadership population in our Fast Track business when we were going through a really major period of change and transformation. Between them they spent well over three hundred hours in coaching sessions and action learning set meetings with our people, and they very quickly managed to build a deep level of trust with us… and a strong sense about what was “really going on” inside our organisation.They built a unique appreciation of the dynamics between the many “players”, an awareness of how decisions are made and communicated, and an understanding of the combination of strengths and weaknesses that makes us so special.
